For months, western media has been reporting that the Catholic Church will address hot-button topics during the Synod on Synodality. Female ordination, the blessing of same-sex relationships, sexual relations outside of marriage, communion for the divorced and remarried, and the end of priestly celibacy have all been championed. Cardinals, bishops, and priests have been quoted as supporting drastic change to longstanding Church teaching. Understandably, the faithful are nervous and skeptical.
The purpose of this website is to provide you with the Church's authentic teachings on these topics. What you will see is that the Catholic Church has consistently taught the same faith for the last 2,000 years.
Just like "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever" (Hebrews: 13:8), so is his Church, which is the Body of Christ, the "pillar and foundation of truth" (1 Timothy 3:15).

We are weak and sinful; do not let us promote disorder. Do not let ignorance lead us down the wrong path nor partiality influence our actions. Let us find in you our unity so that we may journey together to eternal life and not stray from the way of truth and what is right. All this we ask of you, who are at work in every place and time, in the communion of the Father and the Son, forever and ever. Amen"
